Tray Cable 

Tray cable is cable that is intended to be installed in trays, rather than drawn through conduit. It must be appropriately rated for such infrastructure. Nonetheless, there are many advantages to tray cable as opposed to conduit, making this type of cable appealing in some situations. 

Battery Cable

Battery cable is cable used for battery leads. Typically it is made of very finely stranded conductors which keeps it flexible. Some grades, like marine battery cable, sport individually tinned conductors which protect against corrosion. 

Solar Panel Cable

Solar panel cable is a special type of electrical cable made with insulation that resists sunlight and weathering. 

Welding Cable 

Like battery cable, welding cable tends to have a high conductor count so that it remains flexible. It also must be made with an insulative jacket that resists chemical influences and abrasion.
