Road to the Show can be brilliant when your player finally breaks into the league, but getting there can feel painfully slow. If you'd rather reach the majors without spending half your life in Double-A, there's a clean in-game method that works well. It has nothing to do with glitches or shady files. It's mostly about using the Vault, loading the right roster, and setting the game up so your player looks miles better than everyone else. Start With the Right Custom Roster

The first thing you'll want to do is head into the Create menu from the main screen, then open the Vaults section. Go to Rosters and search for "rtts". Usually, one team is left usable, or at least structured in a way that makes Road to the Show promotion logic easy to exploit. Download that roster and save it. The idea is simple: when your created player enters an organization full of zero-overall players, the game sees you as the best option almost straight away.

Make the Combine Easy on Yourself

Before starting the career, take a minute to change the gameplay sliders. Don't rush this part, because it makes the early showcase much easier. In the hitting sliders, raise Human Contact, Human Power, and Human Timing all the way up. Then increase CPU Strike Frequency, so pitchers are more likely to throw balls in the zone. After that, drop Fastball Pitch Speed and Offspeed Pitch Speed to the lowest setting. It'll feel almost silly at first. Pitches hang there forever, and you'll have loads of time to square them up. Do Not Forget the Roster Option

Sim Smart and Watch the Call-Up Happen

After the draft, you don't need to play every minor league game. In fact, simming is where this method really pays off. Your player should be rated far above almost everyone else in the system, so the club has little reason to keep you buried for long. Sim a few series at a time and check your messages.
